Our good friends Bryon & Holly are moving soon (sniff!) so we have had a few going away outings for them, including a ladies tea, golf for the guys, and a trip to the ballpark. We watched the game from the berm so the kids could run around. The weather (cold) and the score (1 to 13 or something horrible like that) could have been better, but the company was great!

Last week Jesse did a great job in his second ever triathlon. He even admits that he was "very happy" with his time, which means that he killed it! I only have pictures of his finish in the pool because, well, I didn't want to get up at the crack of dawn to see him off at the run and bike portions (are you noticing that the more athletically ambitious Jesse gets the lazier I seem to get?)

National Scrapbooking Day was last Saturday so I spent this week working on a layout of the iconic London sights that we visited: Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Cathedral, the Tower of London, and Buckingham Palace. I was inspired by the May sketch by Blue Fern Studios (I rotated it) and used their beautiful page chains.
